Our Review Process: Each mattress we review undergoes a rigorous evaluation process. We assess comfort, support, cooling, and durability through both subjective experiences and objective tests.

Criteria include pressure relief, spine alignment, mattress responsiveness, motion transfer, edge support, and temperature regulation. This comprehensive approach ensures our reviews are thorough and unbiased.

I. Mattress Layers, Materials and Construction

When the Zoma Boost Hybrid arrived at my doorstep, I was immediately struck by its compact packaging, typical of the bed-in-a-box mattresses. While manageable, I’d recommend enlisting some help moving the mattress due to its weight.

Once the mattress was setup, I took a deep whiff and noticed only the faintest off-gassing smell, which was quick to fade away. This is good news for consumers concerned about VOC emissions, which a 2022 study examined in memory foam mattresses 1 Verified Source National Library of Medicine (NIH) World’s largest medical library, making biomedical data and information more accessible. See the source .

To begin my evaluation, I carefully examined each layer of the Zoma Boost Hybrid.

Coil Support

Starting from the base, I found the Zoned Edge Coil Support, which is a series of pocketed coils designed to promote proper spine alignment and provide targeted support.

Unlike traditional spring mattresses that had open or even connected coils, each coil inside the Zoma Boost is encased in its own fabric pocket, allowing it to move independently.

While testing I observed that this provides variable support to different parts of the body, promoting proper spinal alignment and reducing pressure points.

Since each coil operates independently, motion transfer between sleep partners is also minimized. This means that movements on one side of the bed are less likely to disturb the other side, leading to better sleep quality for both individuals.

I will discuss this feature in greater depth below in the motion isolation section.

Pocketed coils are typically more durable compared to traditional innerspring mattresses, too. The individual encasement helps prevent coils from shifting or wearing out quickly, resulting in a longer lifespan for the mattress.

Transition Foam

Above this layer is Zoma’s Reactiv Foam, which aims to absorb motion and respond quickly to movement. Zoma has engineered this foam to mimic the buoyancy of latex foam without the associated cost to produce it.

In my tests, I observed that this material kept me from sinking too deeply into the mattress surface and bottoming out on the coils.

Comfort Foams

Next, I discovered two layers of hyper-cooling memory foam infused with graphite, which work together to dissipate heat and provide pressure relief.

These memory foam layers are an upgrade from standard gel-infused memory foam, as graphite is a highly conducive material that pulls heat away.

Say goodbye to tossing and turning due to overheating and hello to a more restful, comfortable sleep experience!

Of course, while coolness is paramount, I can’t neglect to mention the powerful pressure relief these dual memory foam layers bring to the mattress.

This means that whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach, the mattress will adapt to your body’s contours and provide targeted support where you need it most, alleviating back pain and promoting a more restorative sleep.

Mattress Cover

Finally, the top layer consists of an advanced cooling cover that feels soft to the touch and enhances the overall cooling experience. Printed with a color triangle design, the cover felt instantly cool to the touch when I lied down and gently sunk into the surface.

Expert’s Analysis

During my testing, I found that each layer contributes to the mattress’s overall comfort. The coil support offers a sturdy foundation, while the responsive foam and memory foam layers work in harmony to provide a balance of contouring and support.

The cooling cover and graphite-infused memory foam did an excellent job of regulating temperature, which I’ll discuss further in the cooling features section below.

The hybrid design of the Zoma Boost sets it apart from memory foam mattresses like the brand’s Zoma Start, which is a slimmer model designed to fit into a more modest mattress budgets. This memory foam model is also different in feel from top competitors like the Amerisleep AS3 and the Vaya Foam Mattress, showcasing the variety of feels within this type of mattress construction.

I’ve also tested the Start and would readily recommend it to budget shoppers, but it’s easy to see that the Zoma Boost simply has more to offer from its taller profile and extra materials. Its striving to be an affordable luxury mattress and I would say from my tests that it succeeds.

Now, I feel in love very quickly with the Zoma Boost on my first night. My hips and shoulders were gently cradled and the coolness of the cover was quick to lull me to sleep. However, the break-in period is real – so don’t be surprised if it takes a little while for the mattress to feel like your personal sanctuary!

The combination of individually wrapped coils and foam layers provides a unique balance of support, pressure relief, and responsiveness. The coils help to improve airflow and edge support, while the foam layers contour to the body for personalized comfort.

II. Sleeping Positions

To test the Zoma Boost’s performance in various sleeping positions, I spent several nights sleeping on my back, side, and stomach.

Back Sleeping

As a back sleeper, I found that the Zoma Boost provided excellent support, keeping my spine aligned and alleviating pressure points. I didn’t sink in too far in this position, but others may find it a bit soft as a mattress for back sleeping.

For back sleepers, a medium-firm mattress, rather than a pure medium like the Zoma Boost, may be best.

Side Sleeping

When I shifted to my side, I was pleased to find that the mattress contoured to my body, providing adequate cushioning for my hips and shoulders while maintaining proper spinal alignment. This is important in mattresses for side sleepers, as without adequate pressure relief these areas tend to feel sore and achy.

However, those side sleepers who prefer a softer, more conforming feel in a mattress for side sleeping may prefer the Amerisleep AS5 Hybrid or the Nolah Evolution 15 Plush model, both of which I have tested and awarded high marks.

Stomach Sleeping

The Zoma Boost is an excellent choice for side sleepers, as the responsive foam layers provide ample pressure relief for the hips and shoulders. Back sleepers should also find the mattress supportive, as the coils and foam work together to maintain proper spinal alignment.

However, strict stomach sleepers may prefer a firmer mattress, such as the Amerisleep AS2, for enhanced lower back support. Firm mattresses are important for stomach sleepers to prevent back pain, as a too-soft mattress can let the stomach sink in and cause discomfort.

Combination Sleeping

I was particularly interested in how the Zoma Boost would perform when I changed positions throughout the night. During my testing, I found that the mattress adapted well to my movements, allowing me to comfortably switch between back, side, and stomach sleeping without any discomfort or disruption to my sleep.

The Zoma Boost’s medium firmness level and responsive foams make it a good fit as a mattress for combination sleepers who change positions frequently.

III. Mattress Response Time

Response time is a crucial factor in determining how quickly a mattress adapts to your movements and returns to its original shape. A responsive mattress is essential for combination sleepers, who frequently change positions throughout the night, side sleepers, as their hips and shoulders bear more weight and require extra cushioning to prevent discomfort.

It’s also crucial in mattresses for pressure points meant to alleviate chronic pain. A responsive mattress is not only important for ease of movement but also for maintaining proper spinal alignment. When a mattress responds quickly to your body’s contours, it helps to distribute your weight evenly and reduce pressure buildup in sensitive areas like the hips and shoulders.

To test the Zoma Boost’s response time, I used my tried-and-true method of dropping a 10-pound weight onto the mattress and observing how quickly it regained its shape. I was impressed by how rapidly the surface bounced back, with minimal residual indentation left behind, as you can see in this clip below.

Zoma Boost Responsiveness Gif

No fear of lasting sagging or body impressions here, folks. Tossing and turning on the bed myself, I also noted how easy it was to change positions without feeling like I was fighting against the mattress.

Based on my firsthand experience and the weighted test, I would give the Zoma Boost a 9 out of 10 for response time.

Compared to the Zoma Start, which received an 8 out of 10 for responsiveness in my tests, the Zoma Boost’s hybrid design allows for even quicker recovery due to the supportive coil layer. All-foam mattresses like the Start may have a slightly slower response time due to their denser memory foam layers.

While it doesn’t quite reach the immediate, almost bouncy response of some latex hybrid mattresses I’ve tested, the Zoma Boost still performs exceptionally well in this category.

IV. Mattress Motion Isolation

Picture this: You’ve just fallen into a deep, peaceful sleep when suddenly, your partner’s tossing and turning jolts you awake. This scenario is all too familiar for many couples who share a bed.

This all-too common scenario is why mattress motion isolation is a key consideration. You want a mattress for couples that effectively absorbs movement, preventing sleep disturbances from a restless bedmate tossing and turning or getting up during the night. This feature is especially beneficial for light sleepers or those with different sleep schedules, allowing both partners to enjoy uninterrupted, quality sleep.

Design-wise, the individually wrapped coils help to minimize motion transfer better than traditional innerspring mattresses. Paired with a thick memory foam top, I had high hopes of the Zoma Boot performing well in this area.

To put the Zoma Boost to the test, I once again enlisted my handy 10-pound weights. I placed them on one side of the bed and then proceeded to roll around on the other side, mimicking the movements of a partner shifting positions.

Keeping a close eye on the weights, I noticed they did move slightly as I tossed and turned, indicating some motion transfer across the surface. You can see as much in this clip here.

Zoma Boost Motion Isolation Gif

However, the disturbance was minimal. I don’t believe it would be significant enough to disrupt most sleepers.

Based on my motion isolation test and overall experience sleeping on the Zoma Boost with my partner, I would give it a perfect score of 10 out of 10 as a mattress for motion isolation.

This puts the Zoma Boost in line with the Helix Midnight Luxe and the Nolah Evolution 15, which both also received 10 out of 10 scores as motion-isolating mattresses.

V. Mattress Edge Support

Edge support refers to the level of support and stability a mattress provides along its perimeter. A mattress with good edge support allows you to sit or sleep near the edge without feeling like you’ll roll off.

This is particularly important for people who often sit on the edge of the bed or sleep near the edge. It’s also a crucial safety feature in a mattress for seniors and similar individuals who may struggle to move in the morning and wish to minimize the risk of falling when trying to get up in the morning.

To test the Zoma Boost’s edge support, I sat on various parts of the mattress’s edge and observed how much compression occurred.

Because the mattress felt so conforming, I had wondered if its edge support might suffer. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the Zoma Boost’s edge support.

When I sat on the side of the bed, I felt stable and supported with minimal compression. It was easy enough to slide out and stand up, as if I was about to start a new day. You can observe the same for yourself in this clip below!

Zoma Boost Edge Support Gif

Lying down near the edge of the mattress, I also felt secure and didn’t experience any sensations of sliding or dipping too low. Even when I purposely scooted right up to the perimeter, the Zoma Boost maintained its shape and support impressively well.

For its outstanding edge support performance, especially considering its all-foam construction, I enthusiastically give the Zoma Boost a perfect 10 out of 10 score in this category.

VI. Cooling and Breathability

Overheating during the night can quickly ruin a good night’s sleep, which is why I always prioritize cooling and breathability when testing mattresses. A cooling mattress is essential for maintaining a comfortable sleep environment, as it helps to regulate body temperature.

Imagine waking up in the middle of the night, feeling hot and sweaty, with your sheets clinging to your skin. This is a common issue for many people, especially those who naturally sleep hot or live in warm climates.

The Zoma Boost impressed me in this regard, thanks in large part to its breathable, advanced fabric cover. When I first laid down on the mattress, I immediately noticed how cool and inviting the cover felt against my skin. Throughout my weeks of testing this cooling mattress, I never once woke up feeling hot or sweaty, even during warmer nights.

The graphite-infused memory foam just beneath the cover also plays a role in the mattress’s temperature regulation, helping to dissipate body heat rather than trap it against your skin. Combined with the breathable cover, this layer works to maintain a consistently comfortable sleeping temperature.

The Zoma Boost has an icy cool sensation compared to other top cooling models I’ve reviewed, which include:

Here’s a handy comparison chart of these mattresses, too!

For hot sleepers who need a mattress that packs that extra cooling punch, I highly recommend the Zoma Boost.

VII. Durability and Longevity

A mattress is a significant investment, so it’s crucial to choose one that will stand the test of time. As a testament to the importance of a well-buitl mattress, a recent 2022 study aimed to estimate how long mattresses typically last before consumers dispose of them. It found that, on average, mattresses were used for about 13.9 years

Specifically, innerspring and all-foam mattresses averaged around 13.2 years of use. However, it’s important to note that these averages might not reflect the actual useful life of mattresses, as various factors can influence a consumer’s decision to get rid of a mattress, not just durability. For example, partners moving in together may purchase a bigger mattress size for couples.

So it’s important to keep that benchmark in mind as you shop mattress, asking yourself if you can see yourself sleeping on a model for more than a decade. While I can’t speak to the Zoma Boost’s long-term durability firsthand, given the relatively short testing period, there are several promising indicators of its potential longevity.

Firstly, the Zoma Boost is a hybrid mattress made in the USA, which is often a sign of higher quality materials and construction compared to imported mattresses.

The use of high-density foams and individually wrapped coils in the Zoma Boost suggests that it is designed to withstand the test of time.

The coil system helps to distribute weight evenly and reduce pressure points, while the high-density foams provide stability and minimize sagging over time.

Moreover, the Zoma Boost’s use of CertiPUR-US certified foams ensures that the mattress is made without harmful chemicals and is designed to maintain its shape and performance for years to come. The mattress’s breathable cover is also made from a durable, stretchy material that should hold up well with regular use.

During my inspection of the mattress, I was impressed by the apparent quality of the foams used in each layer. They felt dense and sturdy, without any concerning soft spots or signs of early deterioration. The cooling cover was also tightly stitched and seemed capable of withstanding years of regular use, completing a durable mattress.

The Zoma Boost comes with a 10-year warranty, which is in line with industry standards. While some competitors, such as the Amerisleep AS3 and the Nolah Evolution 15, offer longer warranties (20 years and lifetime, respectively), the Zoma Boost’s warranty still demonstrates the company’s confidence in the mattress’s durability and their commitment to standing behind their product.

Based on my analysis of the Zoma Boost’s design, materials, and construction, as well as my knowledge of sleep science and experience testing mattresses, I believe the Zoma Boost offers substantial long-term value for its price point.

Its potential for long-lasting comfort and support, combined with its advanced features and eco-friendly certifications, make it a compelling choice for those seeking a high-quality, durable hybrid mattress.

Of course, proper care and maintenance will always play a role in how long a mattress lasts. By following the manufacturer’s care instructions and using a supportive bed frame, you can help ensure that your Zoma Boost provides you with comfortable, restful sleep for many years to come.

VIII. Potential Drawbacks

While the Zoma Boost impressed me in many ways during my testing, there are a few potential drawbacks to consider depending on your personal preferences and needs.

Floating Feel

As a hybrid mattress, the Zoma Boost combines responsive foams with supportive coils, which can create a slightly different sensation compared to all-foam mattresses. Some sleepers, particularly those accustomed to the deep, enveloping hug of memory foam, may find that the Zoma Boost has more of a “floating” feel.

This sensation can be described as sleeping “on” the mattress rather than “in” it, which may not be ideal for those who prefer the classic memory foam experience. However, this floating sensation can also be beneficial for those who enjoy easier movement and a cooler sleep surface.

As an example, let’s compare the Zoma Boost with one of my favorite memory foam mattresses, the Amerisleep AS3. While both the Zoma Boost and the Amerisleep AS3 offer excellent pressure relief and support, the Zoma Boost’s hybrid construction provides an additional level of durability and responsiveness.

On the other hand, the Amerisleep AS3’s memory design may be more suitable for those who prioritize motion isolation over responsiveness.

No Natural Materials

One potential drawback of the Zoma Boost is that it may not be the best choice for those seeking an eco-friendly mattress with more natural or organic materials. Unlike models I’ve reviewed which incorporate materials like organic cotton, wool, and latex, the Zoma Boost primarily uses synthetic foams.

If you prioritize eco-friendliness or have sensitivities to certain materials, you may want to consider alternative options, such as:

Mattress Height

At 15 inches tall, the Zoma Boost has a relatively high profile compared to some other mattresses on the market. The mattress’s taller profile may require deep-pocketed sheets and may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

Though the Boost is still comparable to other hybrid mattresses I’ve reviewed, such as the Nolah Evolution 15, the Vaya Hybrid, and the plush Amerisleep AS5 Hybrid. The Boost is also slimmer than material-packed luxury mattresses that are 17 to 20 inches tall, there are hybrid and memory foam models that are thinner.

However, mattress thickness is rarely the most important feature, though it’s not one to be overlooked either. For example, both the Zoma Boost and the Vaya Hybrid offer a balance of comfort and support, but the Zoma Boost’s more advanced cooling features, such as its graphite-infused memory foam and breathable cover, make it a superior choice for hot sleepers.

The Vaya Hybrid, with its simpler construction and lower price point, may be more appealing to budget-conscious shoppers who prioritize value over advanced cooling technology.

Zoma also offers the shorter 12-inch Zoma Hybrid, which has a correspondingly lower price.

Mattress Firmness

As I mentioned, I found the Zoma Boost provides a medium feel with a touch of softness from its pillowy top. If you’re someone who prefers a softer, more plush feel or a harder, firmer feel, this mattress may not be the best fit for you.

For couples who disagree on firmnesses, there are also models like the Nest Bedding Sparrow Hybrid, which offers dual firmness options for its king size mattresses

IX. Trial Period, Warranty, Pricing, and Sizes

Before clicking the “buy” button on any mattress, it’s essential to understand the fine print regarding the trial period, warranty, pricing, and available sizes. Here’s what you need to know about the Zoma Boost.

Mattress Trial Period

Zoma offers a 100-night risk-free trial period for the Boost mattress, giving you ample time to decide if it’s the right fit for you. If you’re not satisfied within this timeframe, you can return the mattress for a full refund.

Returns with Zoma are simple and hassle-free. If you decide the mattress isn’t right for you during the 100-night trial period, just contact the company’s customer service team.

They’ll work with you to arrange for the mattress to be donated. You’ll receive a full refund once the return is complete – no hidden fees or hoops to jump through.

Mattress Warranty

The Zoma Boost also comes with a 10-year warranty, providing excellent long-term protection against defects in materials and workmanship. This extensive coverage is a testament to Zoma’s confidence in their product’s durability.

Mattress Prices and Sizes

While the Zoma Boost is more affordable than luxury hybrid options, including ones that are thinner like the AS5 Hybrid and the Helix Midnight Luxe along with the similarly tall Nolah Evolution 15, it is priced slightly higher than some budget-friendly all-foam mattresses like the Vaya Foam Mattress and the Zoma Start.

However, the Zoma Boost’s advanced cooling features and high-quality construction justify its price point.

The Zoma Boost is available in all standard mattress sizes, twin to split king. Whether you’re shopping for a small guest room or a sprawling master suite, there’s a size to fit your space.

Overall, I’m impressed by Zoma’s generous mattress trial period and warranty, as well as the mattress’s affordable price point. It’s always reassuring to see a manufacturer stand behind their product with customer-friendly policies like these.

X. Customer Reviews

After personally testing the Zoma Boost Hybrid mattress and scouring through numerous customer reviews, I can confidently say that this mattress has earned high praise from a wide range of sleepers. Many customers, myself included, have found the Boost to provide an exceptional balance of comfort and support.

One customer, Russ from Jefferson City, MO, described his journey researching mattresses as a frustrating process due to conflicting information. However, he found solace in the Zoma Boost, stating, “I’ve slept better than I have in years. Since using the Boost, I’ve not woken up in the middle of the night, tossing and turning for hours.”

As someone who has also struggled with finding the perfect mattress, I can attest to the Boost’s ability to promote a restful night’s sleep.

Jess B. from Seattle, WA, a taekwondo black belt and judo blue belt, raved about the mattress’s comfort and its positive impact on recovery.

“After sleeping on the Zoma Boost, I realized that my previous mattress caused discomfort on my hips when I slept on my back, and discomfort on my shoulder when I slept on my side,” Jess writes. “The Zoma Boost changed all that.”

As an active individual myself, I couldn’t agree more with Jess’s assessment of the Boost’s ability to provide relief and relaxation after a day of physical exertion.

Phillip L. from Gonzales, Texas, succinctly summarized his experience with the Zoma Boost, stating, “Excellent bed. I highly recommend. Best nights sleep in a long time.” I echo Phillip’s sentiment, as the Boost has truly revolutionized my sleep experience.

While most customers praised the mattress’s comfort and support, Kathleen D. from El Cerrito, CA, noted that despite loving these aspects, she still woke up feeling very hot. This is an important consideration for those who tend to sleep warm, although I personally did not encounter this issue during my testing.

Gene J. from Madison, WI, a 250-pound side and back sleeper, commended the Boost’s edge support, pressure relief, and heat regulation, stating, “All in all, it’s been a great for me, and probably the best I have ever owned including being better than more expensive brands.”

As someone who has also tested pricier mattresses, I can confirm that the Zoma Boost offers exceptional value for its performance.

To sum it up, the overwhelming majority of customer reviews for the Zoma Boost Hybrid mattress are glowingly positive, with many sleepers experiencing improved comfort, support, and overall sleep quality.

My personal experience with the mattress aligns with these reviews, making it easy for me to recommend the Boost to anyone seeking a high-quality, supportive, and comfortable mattress.

While I hope my in-depth review of the Zoma Boost is helpful, I always recommend that mattress shoppers conduct their own research and read multiple reviews before making a purchase. At the end of the day, my experience is just one person’s opinion.

Look for patterns across several reviews to get the most well-rounded picture of whether a mattress is right for your unique needs.

XI. Environmental Impact

Zoma demonstrates a strong commitment to conducting business sustainably and creating healthy, eco-friendly sleep products. The company adheres to relevant environmental legislation, implements world-class health and safety practices, and supports the communities in which they operate. That they are manufactured in the U.S. also minimizes the environmental impact, compared to overseas shipping.

While the Zoma Boost primarily uses synthetic materials, it is worth noting that the foams are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates, and have low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).

Additionally, I noticed minimal off-gassing when unboxing the mattress, which suggests that Zoma has taken steps to minimize its environmental impact.

XII. Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity of your Zoma Boost mattress, it’s essential to follow the manufacturer’s care recommendations. Zoma suggests using a waterproof mattress protector to safeguard against spills and stains, although they note that it’s not required.

For cleaning the mattress, they recommend using cold water to spot clean and allowing the mattress to air dry. You can also sprinkle baking soda across the surface to absorb odors and lingering moisture from sweat and such.

It’s important to note that the Zoma Boost should not be flipped, as the layers are designed to be used in a specific order. Based on my personal experience, I would also suggest rotating the mattress every 3 to 6 months to promote even wear and prevent sagging.

Additionally, using a supportive bed frame for the mattress can help maintain the mattress’s integrity over time. There’s no point to having a mattress that won’t sag if your bed frame doesn’t provide the structure needed to keep the mattress in good condition.

XIII. Final Verdict – Overall Score: 10/10

After extensively testing the Zoma Boost, I can confidently say that it’s an excellent choice for those seeking a comfy, supportive, and cool sleeping surface. The mattress excelled in various sleep positions, providing the perfect balance of contouring and support.

The hybrid’s outstanding motion isolation and edge support make it an ideal choice for partners in any mattress size for couples. Meanwhile, its cooling features ensure a comfortable night’s sleep for those who tend to sleep hot.

Throughout my testing, I was consistently impressed by the Zoma Boost’s performance, from its quick response time to its excellent temperature regulation. While there may be a few potential drawbacks, such as its medium firmness and 15-inch height, these are largely subjective and depend on individual preferences.

Considering all aspects of the mattress’s performance, along with its eco-friendly materials and competitive pricing, I would give the Zoma Boost Hybrid Mattress an overall score of 9 out of 10. As a certified sleep coach, I highly recommend choosing this mattress to anyone looking to improve their sleep quality and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

XIV. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How does the Zoma Boost compare to other hybrid mattresses in terms of support and comfort?

The Zoma Boost offers a unique combination of supportive coils and responsive foam layers that sets it apart from many other hybrid mattresses. Its medium firmness level and adaptable materials provide a balance of pressure relief and spinal alignment, making it suitable for a wide range of sleepers.

However, those who prefer a significantly softer or firmer feel may want to consider other options.

Is the Zoma Boost suitable for hot sleepers?

Yes, the Zoma Boost is an excellent choice for hot sleepers, thanks to its advanced cooling features. The breathable cover and graphite-infused memory foam work together to dissipate body heat and maintain a comfortable sleeping temperature throughout the night.

In my experience testing the mattress, I never once woke up feeling hot or sweaty.

How does the Zoma Boost’s motion isolation perform for couples?

The Zoma Boost offers exceptional motion isolation, making it an ideal choice for couples. Its individually wrapped coils and thick memory foam layers effectively absorb movement, minimizing disturbances from a partner tossing and turning or getting up during the night.

During my testing, I noticed only minimal motion transfer. This I believe would not be significant enough to disrupt most sleepers.

What type of bed frame or foundation is best for the Zoma Boost?

Zoma recommends using a supportive bed frame or foundation to ensure the longevity and performance of the Zoma Boost mattress. A solid platform bed, slatted bed frame with slats no more than 3 inches apart, or an adjustable bed base are all suitable options.

Using a proper foundation will help maintain the mattress’s integrity and prevent premature sagging.

How long does the Zoma Boost take to expand after unboxing?

After unboxing the Zoma Boost, it should expand to its full height of 15 inches within a few hours. However, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the mattress to fully expand and reach its optimal comfort and support levels.

I recommend allowing the mattress to expand and air out for at least a few hours before sleeping on it.

Is there any off-gassing odor when the Zoma Boost is first unboxed?

Like many bed-in-a-box mattresses, the Zoma Boost may have a slight off-gassing odor when first unboxed due to the compression and packaging process. However, in my experience, the odor was minimal and quickly dissipated within a few hours.

The CertiPUR-US certification of the foams ensures that the mattress is made without harmful chemicals, so any odor should not be a cause for concern.
