We’re experts on how to sleep better

WHO WE ARE

We’re a bunch of lifetime insomniacs who wanted something better than restless nights. Getting those sweet, sweet Zzzs is what drives us to always seek the next greatest thing in sleep. If there’s a new mattress that helps a person get more sleep or an eye mask that blocks out a little bit more light, we’re all over that.

Aside from products, we look into why and how sleep impacts our daily lives. Sleep science is fascinating so we love to share and make it accessible to everyone, including those that don’t love reading scientific journals as we do.

If you consider yourself a bona fide Sleep Junkie, welcome to your new one-stop-shop for all things sleep.

Our understanding of sleep didn’t happen overnight

OUR MISSION

We started Sleep Junkie in 2012 and one of our goals is to show people the value of a good night’s sleep. Sleep Junkie works to be the expert on all topics related to sleep. On our site, you’ll find comprehensive mattress reviews, the best mattress deals available, and tips on how to sleep better.

Our understanding of sleep didn’t happen overnight. We consulted with experts and conducted research into why we sleep, how to sleep better, and how a good night’s sleep improves your daily life. The more research we did, the more our assumptions were affirmed: a good night’s sleep is one of the foundations of living a healthy and happy life.
