The medium-firm version of the Luxury Bliss also performed well as a mattress for combination sleeping, with some position-specific advantages and disadvantages. The responsive latex still facilitated easy position changes, with minimal effort required to shift from one position to another.

For combination sleepers who favor back and stomach positions, the medium-firm version is clearly superior, providing excellent support and alignment for both of these positions.
