My name is Bob Colley and I have been taking a whoopin’ from bouts of insomnia on and off since my mid teens.
I started looking into various sleep disorders and insomnia solutions, then started scribbling them down in a notebook. After a while I had a fair amount of insomnia information collected so I put it into a Word document. I recently came across the idea of bloging, so here we are today.
I don’t have the insomnia solution to everyone’s sleep disorders because there are many causes and many solutions. Try one idea at a time and see if it helps. If it does, great. If not, try another until you find an insomnia solution to your particular sleep disorder. I have found that when I find a few things that seem to help I tend to “forget” them and go back to my old habits, so keep a journal of what works.
I’m not a doctor, just a guy who has spent a lot of time staring at the ceiling and beating the crap out of my pillow like it was its fault.
